Silicone Washer Plug

Silicone Washer Plug seals various pipe, shaft, internal thread, etc. holes. However, it is also preferred with the advantage of being used in both directions when it is necessary to create a grounding area by utilizing the flange at the same time. Silicone washer plugs are silicone masking plugs with high heat and acid resistance.

Raw Material: It is produced in our factory with hardnesses (50 – 80 ShoreA) varying according to the diameters of our Htv silicone rubbers and special activators prepared with our own formula. Silicone Washer Plug can be produced in any desired hardness.

Color: Production can be made in all requested colors.

Maturation: After production, it is subjected to postcure process for 4 hours in our special ovens.

Heat Resistance: -90 / +315 °C
