02/ 06Mold
We design and machine your mold.
Your measurement becomes a 2D/3D design, and the design becomes a mold machined with CAD/CAM and CNC in our own mold shop. After sample approval we press our own silicone recipe into shape.

Counted, stacked, on time.
Every batch is quality-checked, counted and packed in neat layers. Cartons labelled with product code and lot number reach your line on time and safely.

Plug it before paint, then bake.
The plug seals the thread and the nut mouth tightly, so powder, wet paint or e-coat can't get in. Rated 260 °C continuous and 315 °C short-term, it keeps its shape in the oven.

Clean thread. No paint. No damage.
Pull the plug after the oven and the thread is as good as new. No re-tapping, no clean-up, no line stops. Plugs can be reused again and again.
