Silicone flat masking caps -rectangular are our masking cap models ideally used for contact pins , rectangular connectors, rectangular square studs.

Raw Material: It is produced in our factory with hardnesses (50 – 80 ShoreA) varying according to the diameters of our Htv silicone rubbers and special activators prepared with our own formula. Silicone flat masking caps can be produced in any desired hardness.

Color: Production can be made in all requested colors.

Maturation: After production, it is subjected to postcure process for 4 hours in our special ovens.

! Imported Far East products that do not require post-cure and use powder cookers are not suitable for your powder coating curing ovens and painted products and have a shorter service life.

Heat Resistance: -90 / +315 °C
